Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rice kanki


  • 1 cup coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup sour curd


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 2-3 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 2-3 tbsp Oil or butter as required

Directions

  • Wash rice. Soak it for 12 hours . Drain water. Grind rice, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies in a fine smooth paste.
  • Add curd & salt in a batter. Mix well.
  • Rest it for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Take nonstick Tawa. Grease it with oil or butter. Pour batter and spread it evenly.
  • Once roasted flip it drizzle some oil and cook it slightly brown.
  • Serve hot with coconut, coriander & green chillies chutney
